Specializing in design, development, enhancing and maintaining commerce technology including web stores, cross-platform service connections, POS systems and multi-channel, and connecting shopping experiences for small and medium sized businesses the Refactored Group has a vast array of skills and talents that help them get the job done. Together they have a total of 30+ years of entrepreneurial experience, primarily in e-commerce and software development.

Razoyo, founded in 2009, came to life from Paul Byrne and quickly after Jason Baslow and William Byrne joined. Paul left a job he was unhappy in and began executing email campaigns for his prior employer — but as a distributor and business partner. Within a year, they saw Paul’s potential and gave Paul the opportunity to build and operate a new web store. Paul chose to build the store on a platform offered by a large e-commerce corporation and, within a few months was their largest merchant in the Dallas area. By 2015, Jason and William joined Paul as partners in the company and formed the company’s management council that directs Razoyo’s business today.

With over a decade of working together — Paul, Jason and William continue to dream and vision out entrepreneurial opportunities. This has resulted in launching solutions like Automatic FFL, which has grown to be a top automated shipping compliance for online gun dealers. In 2022, the team chose to once again join forces to create a new venture - Refactored Group, LLC with the goal to offer three solutions to the market - Automatic FFL, Micro Manager, and Social Addiction.
